Two homes, one wild rose
From Wild Rose Country to the hills of Leitrim
We started out baking in Alberta - the place Canadians call Wild Rose Country, after the flower that grows wild across the prairie. That's where the name comes from, and the wild rose is still our mark.
When we moved to North Leitrim we brought those recipes with us and set them beside the breads we learned to bake here. So our counter is traditional Irish staples merged with North American style recipes - soda bread and soda farls next to the cakes and cookies of a Canadian kitchen.
We bake from home in Manorhamilton, deliver to the door, and bring the cart out when we can. To order, send a message or give us a ring.
